In our group of parishes we want to seek God, know God, serve God, worship God and proclaim God. All that we do is based around these principles.

Ministry to Young People

 

Youth Ministry

Youth Club - teenagers being teenagers!!!

SYPS - Sligo Young People on a Sunday night - fellowship and fun with Calry Parish, Sligo Cathedral Group and Sligo Methodists.

 

Our Younger Children

Sunday School - meets during church time.

Kids' Club - primary school children gather to learn more about God throug fun and games.

 

Prayers at Drumcliffe

This is a ministry of prayer at Drumcliffe to our many visitors. Prayer requests are left in the church for the parish prayer group. Thousands of requests are left each year from all over the world.

Faith Alive Bible Study

This meets to explore the relevance of God's Word for today's world.

 

 

 

Mothers' Union

Part of a world wide movement providing fellowship and support for women and families.

 

Link Missionaries

We are partners in mission with Kiwoko Hospital, Uganda. Revd. John and Margaret McCammon in Kajiado, Kenya and Alison Crawford in Paraguay.

Social Ministry

Throughout the year parishoners get together to enjoy each others company and fellowship.

Recent occassions have included parish picnics, quiz nights, treasure hunts, walks and flower festival.

We along with others in the Community in Sligo are helping to build Bajja Community Primary School in Uganda. Click [here] or the poster to read more detail about the project and about the fundraising activities.
